FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have any questions that haven't been answered here yet? Send a message to our team!
When do the units start shipping?
Shipping of the first units is scheduled for September 2026. You can register your interest by entering your details here on the website. Shipping is free via PAC with insurance throughout Brazil. We film the packing process before each dispatch.
Which endoscopes is it compatible with?
The Go Scope GS1 is compatible with rigid and flexible endoscopes with a standard 32mm eyepiece. Coupling is achieved via a quick-release with a retractable lock. The endoscope is not part of the kit and has its own certification.
Does the Go Scope have Wi-Fi?
No. The AT-GS1 model is registered without a Wi-Fi function. Connectivity is via USB-C (for file transfer to a computer) and micro-HDMI (for display on a monitor).
Does the camera have ANVISA and INMETRO certification?
The company already holds a manufacturing AFE for the equipment granted by ANVISA. Authorisation for the commercialisation of the camera depends on INMETRO certification, which is in the final stages and expected in September 2026. We are transparent about this because we believe institutional buyers deserve complete information.
How to clean and disinfect?
External surfaces: 70% isopropyl alcohol% on a soft cloth, then dry with a clean, lightly damp cloth. Lens: microfibre cloth, no chemicals. In case of splashes on the silicone cover or screen, dry externally. Internal components only by authorised technical assistance.
Can the equipment be used in the ICU and critical care environments?
Yes. The Go Scope GS1 was developed specifically for use in environments where conventional equipment cannot reach — including ICUs, bedside, remote outpatient clinics, and telemedicine situations. The clinical validation study included use in critical care at HUPE/UERJ.
