Upgrade Programme: every AT-GS0 Pioneer receives a new AT-GS1, free of charge

Every technology that reaches the market fully mature has a history, and Go Scope's was written alongside a group we proudly call Pioneersthe professionals who adopted the AT-GS0 endoscopic camera from the very first units and took it into their daily practice in clinics, surgeries and surgical centres all over Brazil.

It was this real field experience that gave rise to AT-GS1, our new generation: individual traceability for each unit, consolidated hardware and software entirely refined through a usability engineering process, built upon what we have learned from those who use the equipment every day. The AT-GS1 is in the final certification stage, with its launch scheduled for September 2026.

How the Update Programme works

According to the programme, every AT-GS0 unit will be replaced with a new AT-GS1, free of charge, including two-way Sedex shipping covered by Go Scope. Defective or damaged equipment is also included as normal, likewise at no extra cost.

All participants also receive 6 months complimentary access to GoScope.app, our reporting and image management platform, with no obligation to renew. And anyone who wants coverage beyond the 90-day warranty of the Consumer Defence Code can optionally contract the Go Scope Extended Warranty 2 years old.

2. You immediately receive your by email reference number, which guarantees your place in the queue.
3. Our team will be in touch within 7 working days with the details.
4. The changes take place alongside the launch, scheduled to begin in September 2026, following the completion of certification, do not send your equipment before receiving our formal email with the label and shipping documentation.

The AT-GS0 paved the way. The AT-GS1 is Go Scope's way of returning that trust, to the standard the Pioneers helped build.
