Through Public Call No. 01/2026 of the Secretariat for Information and Digital Health (SEIDIGI), the Ministry of Health is seeking partners and innovative digital health solutions for the SUS. As a Laboratory Partner, Go Scope gains access to technologies and integrative protocols of the public network, and this changes the way we develop our product.

In January 2026, the Ministry of Health published, through SEIDIGI (Secretariat of Information and Digital Health), Public Call No. 01/2026 of the InovaSUS Digital Laboratory, an instrument to identify partners and innovative digital health solutions within the SUS. Go Scope is now a Partner of the InovaSUS Digital Laboratory.
What does this mean in practice? The partnership does not involve, at this stage, the funding of submitted projects, and we are keen to be transparent on this point. The value lies elsewhere: in access, with the Ministry's support, to the technologies and integrative protocols used by public health systems, in particular DICOM, the international standard for digital medical imaging, and HIS, the hospital information system protocol used for requesting appointments and tests within the public healthcare network.
To an outsider, protocols look like a technical detail. To someone developing a diagnostic device, they are the difference between a piece of equipment that It works and it is a piece of equipment that talk to the NHS. A recorded scan that follows the DICOM standard can be stored, reported on and retrieved by any imaging system on the network; integration via a HIS allows out-of-hospital care to enter the official regulation workflow, the queue, referral and recording in the patient's history. Without this, the scan data dies on the device.
What changes in our R&D: three things, all structural. First, development will now take place with a validation environment in the real SUS on the horizon, rather than in a laboratory scenario. Second, we gain direct dialogue with SEIDIGI, the department that sets the direction for Brazilian digital health. Third, and most importantly, the prioritisation of features will now be guided by public need, not just the private market: interoperability, digital reporting and network integration cease to be future differentiators and become project requirements.
More than just an approval, this process places Go Scope within the proposal ecosystem of the InovaSUS Digital Laboratory. From this database, the Ministry of Health can identify, according to its needs and priorities, projects with the potential to advance in integration and execution within the public network.
It is a quiet but profound inversion: instead of developing a product and then trying to fit it into the public system, the public system enters the R&D room right from the start.
“Our proposal is now integrated into the solutions catalogue of InovaSUS Digital Lab and will be analysed individually, in accordance with the priorities of the Ministry of Health. We continue to await the next steps to take our technology even further and contribute to a more accessible, connected and innovative healthcare system within the SUS.”
