Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout Brazil via Correios. The delivery time varies according to the destination location and will be informed at the time of purchase.

Free standard shipping with insurance on all orders. The insurance guarantees a full refund of the equipment's value in case of damage during transit.

As part of our commitment to transparency, We filmed the packing process before each shipment.. We strongly recommend that you also film the unboxing of the package upon receipt – this footage is important for expediting any reimbursement process with insurance, should it be necessary.

In case of transport damage: While the insurance reimbursement process is being reviewed, we commit to providing a replacement for the damaged part at no additional cost to the customer. You will not be left without your functioning equipment.

Returns Policy

Due to a product defect

Following the Consumer Defence Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the customer has up to 30 consecutive days from receipt to activate the warranty in case of a defect. Within this period, you can choose to:

  • Replacement of equipment with another of the same kind; or
  • Full refund of the amount paid.

Upon receipt of the request, we have the same 30-day period to evaluate the product and take the necessary actions.

Out of regret

As per Article 49 of the Consumer Defence Code, the customer has 7 consecutive days from receipt to request a return due to change of mind, without the need for justification. A full refund will be issued as soon as the product is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition for use, and Return postage is on us.
